-Upstairs consists of 2 new bedrooms with built-ins, lounge room, bathroom and a storeroom.
-Ducted air conditioning throughout.
-Natural tones used to give a feeling of space, with open back hardwood stairs leading to a polished timber floor.
-Downstairs bathroom was renovated, and fresh paint throughout to match upstairs.
-Existing brick updated to a render finish, while upstairs “James Hardie Axon” cladding was installed.
