-Removal of internal walls to open up the living areas.

-Removed and replaced old kitchen and bathroom using modern appliances and finishes.

-Replaced all internal fittings throughout.

-Painted throughout using vibrant colours with feature walls.

-Renovated laundry and added a toilet and shower to provide a 2^nd bathroom.

-Extended back deck and increased it from 15 sq meters to 60 sq meters.

-Built a new roof over the deck with down lights which added another living area to the home.

-Retained and leveled backyard and added more car space by utilizing the increased deck space underneath.

-Poured a new driveway.

-Built a retaining wall along the driveway and installed exterior lighting.

-Rendered old style rock face brickwork and painted exterior surfaces in modern colours.

-Landscaping using native plants and pebbled feature areas.
